What is your favorite Metallica album?

Mine is probably either St. Anger, ...And Justice, or The Black Album. I can't decide because all three are so good. I've read and interview where the band said their personal favorite is Master of Puppets because that was Cliff Burton's last record with them. But I want to know from the people, whats your favorite Metallica album?

14. the three you mentioned are the worst of the lot. As soon as the Black Album came out and i heard it...I knew it was the end.
15. My favorite album by in my opinion (and what should be everyone else's) the greatest metal band in General is the ever so classic and greatest album of all time - master of puppets. Clearly you are a fan of the newer material, which is no crime because i like it myself, but the older stuff made them what they are. So go take a listen to the entire album.
16. I love the Master of Puppets and .....And Justice for all, albums. Those albums are amazing and i love to rock out and listen to them all the time. Woohoo METALLICA!!
17. I'd have to follow suit and go with Master of Puppets, some incredible fretwork on that album. But recently, Death Magnetic has grown on me. I like how good James Hetfield's voice is and Kirk Hammet's guitar riffs still sound as good as they did back in the day.
18. "And Justice For All". Probably the best Metallica album ever. It features my 3 all time favorite songs, "Blackened", "And Justice for All" and "One". For me, it is the best they have ever done before or since with the exception of the "Black" album is their second best to date. But, ever since "Load", they went downhill and their music, sorry to say, suck! Bring back the Metallica of old... Get back to their roots...

21. WOW out of all the albums how can none of you guys say "Ride the Lightning", that album is the most hardcore from metallica, it has some of the best songs, cliff Burton's bass intro on "for whom the bells toll" is just epic. My favorite song is "creeping death"
