who do you think is more into Femdom (bdsm) - men or women?

well I kinda checked the statistics and found out that there are definitely more women that are into BDSM activities rather than men but I don't trust too much the source so I'm not sure about those statistics by the way - what do you think about the leather movement in general?

1. I don't really care for all the leather, personally. The BDSM lifestyle is something I don't really understand but think about. I suppose it depends on how you define BDSM though. To some it might mean including a light spanking and to others more extreme acts would have to be included. As far as more men or women being into it, I have no basis to comment on beyond anectdotal evidence. I think the gender bias likes to tell us males are more dominant but I haven't really found that to be true sexually. Others may have found different expriences.

Honestly I think you need to get your stats checked, at least from what I've seen it's pretty balanced if anything it may be tipped towards men because they're more willing to admit they like being kinky and sexual. If I had to guess as to whether men or women were more into Femdom from what I've seen, I'd guess men. At least from what I've seen on average there are usually more submissives than Doms in general and there are more male Doms than female Doms, so if I had to guess I'd say that men are more into Femdom than women. However if we consider statistics and probability, in regards to Femdom, the scale may tip towards women. The reasons for this is because most men will only be into Femdom if they're a submissive, however when you consider that some women may be lesbians or bisexuals or even just curious, there are two subgroups or more that may be into Femdom so I say women. Yep that's right, no real answer, no one will really ever know. As for the leather movement, honestly I don't really have many thoughts on it.
3. Oh I feel (even though I don't have hard stats to back it up) that men are wayyyy more into Femdom than women. I am into female domination and let me tell you there are far more men seeking it on any boards than there are women willing to practice it. I think it is like this, women will engage in it, if they have a boyfriend or man in their life already that they can try it with, but rarely will a woman advertise or seek a stranger out for any of the bdsm or Femdom lifestyle. The exception being that some women are willing to look for strangers for Femdom but usually only other women. Men on the other hand, are much more likely not only to practice it with their girlfriends, female friends or wives but will advertise or go to paid professionals (pros and strangers) to get their Femdom fix. I believe there are way more slaves than there are dommes. Take it from a frustrated submissive guy, who has trouble finding dominant women.
4. by far there are many more submissive looking for dominant, which makes it very easy to be picky for a female, i know by my own experience that my dominant older blk woman that owns me interviewed hundreds of would be submissives before picking me.
