  1. I'm not a guy, but I do know a few things. BDSM without consent, respect, honesty and communication is abuse, not play. BDSM can be a wonderful, loving way to express yourself sexually, and it can bring partners closer together, but only if it's completely consensual.
  2. You obviously don't understand BDSM at all - NOTHING is ever done against anyone's will. It is completely consensual - submissive men and women AGREE to be submissive, and AGREE to limits of what the dominant can do.
  3. BDSM is not cruel, it is something between two consenting adults, some who don't understand it(ie think it is all leather whips and chains) do tend to think it very abusive, when it can be whatever the people involed in it want it to be, they are only limited to thier imagination.
  4. I find it incredibly cruel, obnoxious, repulsive and sick. It is not some fluffy expression of love between consenting adults as some would have you believe, a bit like my little pony. The reality is that its about some disturbed individuals who portray themselves as maligned and misunderstood, when in fact they can only turn themselves on by hurting, humiliating and destroying those they claim to care for. I do understand what it stands for, and I am talking specifically about Bondage Domination and Sado-masochism, not the increasing number of sexual activities that sadists claim as their own which seems to be expanding by the minute. Apart from paedophilia or zoophilia, I can't think of anything that is more of a turn off than sadism. Oh and I believe it's processes and organisation show it to be a recognisable cult as well.
  5. My boyfriend and I regularly practice bondage together...it took a lot of convincing on his part to get me to try it, but I am glad it did. It opened up a whole new world in our sex life...I do not find it cruel at all, as we are both consenting and have safe words, etc... But of course there are always times to be gentle and times to be rough...just make sure the ball-gag is in when you wanna be rough so the neighbors don't hear!
